I absolutely recommend this apart to everybody who'll travel to Miami.

Pros: Great location, great employees, best value for your money. You may travel around by bus, uber or car easily.

Pros: Room was super clean and comfy. Location was great and not hard to find. Shared spaces were really awesome, loved being able to sit on the front porch and enjoy the evening.

Pros: Het was schoon en ruim. Nieuwe badkamer. Prijs kwaliteit komt goed overeen .

Cons: Van binnen heel netjes. Buitenkant van het gebouw toont niet heel verzorgd. Bijvoorbeeld: Geplakte kapotte ruiten, rommel in de tuin en vieze ramen en kozijnen. Gelukkig van binnen heel netjes en dat is het belangrijkste. Het aanzicht van de buitenkant is gewoon jammer van het geheel. Kamer was naast de keuken waardoor je veel lawaai hebt van andere gasten en bijvoorbeeld schoonmaak. Misschien dat een andere kamer in het gebouw beter is om te verblijven.

Pros: I liked that the location was fairly close to downtown Miami and very close to Little Havana. The property was clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and friendly and the cost was very affordable. I would stay again.

Cons: I would have given a 10 star rating. However, my only complaint was that in the morning hours, the other house guests were very loud, and the noise woke me up earlier than I wanted. My room was located right next to the shared kitchen and living areas. I would suggest soundproofing the rooms somehow (for comfort and privacy reasons). I would also suggest adding a fan to the rooms.

Pros: Hat alles super geklappt, der Vermieter steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, antwortet super schnell und immer freundlich.

Cons: Unser Zimmer war neben der Küche, es sind zwar Ruhezeiten vorgegeben, aber es kam öfter vor, das es mitten in der Nacht etwas lauter wurde, dass liegt dann aber an den jeweiligen Leuten die vor Ort noch eingemietet sind. Aber auch das kann, wenn es zu laut wird, durch einen freundlichen Hinweis an die jew. \

Met our needs

Pros: We stayed at the property because it was close to Marlins stadium. When i say close, i mean when you walk out the front door you were looking at the stadium. Accommodations were clean, and it is a very nice Historical home converted to an Inn. my only complaints were that you could hear a pin drop outside the bedroom door, not great for privacy. it was however very inexpensive and was a wonderful experience. an absolute must, for staying over after an event at the stadium. All of our needs were walking distance.

Cons: 1 A/C for the whole house, no climate control in the bedroom. Bed was not comfortable. But again it was very cool, beautiful home. very inexpensive and friendly.

Pros: Excellent place, well organised, clean and tidy. i forgot my toothpaste and there was even that in the bathroom. I will be back.
