Private Loft in the Heart of Little Havana

Pros: Cute little studio in walking distance of little havanna. It was perfect for us as it was quiet and offered all we needed to explore Miami. Free parking on the street in front of the house.

If you’re looking for a place in Little Havana, this is the one!

Pros: I couldn’t have wished for a better stay: a budget-friendly accommodation, great location conveniently located close to Calle 8 and very safe, a comfortable bed, and an attentive host who even shared recommendations on what to try and where to go! The most extraordinary thing was that i forgot to bring toothpaste with me and there was one waiting for me at the loft! Also, there’s an umbrella (very handy), separate bottle of conditioner, and even a beach bag. Great decoration and attention to details! Felt like home. Thank you Sergio and family!

Cons: Not exactly a critic, however, i have just two tiny suggestions for the host: the AC/air filter is noisy and I couldn’t find a way to turn it off at night; a friend said it was mandatory, regardless, i’d suggest a simple note about it; also, i’d label the soap/shampoo/conditioner and believe a hand shower could work better, despite the low pressure, to avoid water in the floor. However, these are just suggestions, i was very happy overall with my stay.

Nice neighborhood

Pros: Very nice neighborhood, quality - price ratio for Miami was ok. We could keep the luggage in the main room after check-out which was a nice bonus.

Cons: It was quite old and not very clean with many decorative pieces but not enough space to put our stuff. The curtain rail was quite unstable and we had a feeling that it could fall at any moment.

Ottimo soggiorno a Miami, posizione top e quartiere vivo e molto vero della città

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento situato nel cuore di Little Havana con facilità di movimento in tutta la città, adatto per un viaggio da soli o in coppia. Il bagno era nuovo e nell'insieme l'appartamento ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Un plauso a Sergio che ha risolto un piccolo problema al lavandino del bagno la mattina dopo il mio arrivo appena gliel'ho segnalato!

Cons: Ho trovato l'appartamento un po' freddo e umido la sera, sicuramente in primavera ed estate è completamente diverso (tra l'altro ho beccato un freddo record che non faceva da un secolo!)

Cons: El precio es realmente muy alto . Si tienes suerte encuentras un lugar para aparquear cerca la casa.

Estancia cómoda y sin problemas

Pros: Ubicación ideal en barrio tranquilo junto a la calle 8. Ideal para estancias de paso como era mi caso.

Molto basico, pulito e confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros: Centrale, pulita e con parcheggio gratuito di fronte a casa. Zona tranquilla e bellissima, a due passi da Calle Ocho la via principale di Little Havana.

Cons: Host virtuale, ti manda i codici e le indicazioni ma non incontri nessuno. Faceva freddo nella stanza perché non c’era il riscaldamento e la finestra non chiudeva bene.

Pros: Pokój 200m od centrum little Havany. W pokoju wszystko co potrzeba tj. lodówka, tv, żelazko, mikrofala, express do kawy i nawet ręcznik plażowy :) Pokój ma osobne wejście, okolica przyjemna i bezpieczna

Un séjour mémorable dans un quartier très agréable

Pros: Hébergement propre dans un quartier calme au cœur de little Havana très bien situé et très accueillant avec tout le confort nécessaire dans le logement!

Pros: La facilidad del check-in, la ubicación super centrica, y el cuerto con baño bien abastecido.
