Heavenly Suite in Little Havana Free Parking

Great location, helpful hosts, clean place. 10/10.

Pros: Little Havana is a very lovely neighborhood, you are very close to the Downtown but at the same time you are away from the city fuss and gray buildings. This is a place with a soul, local businesses and friendly people. With this, I would like to mention that the location of the property is perfect. We didn't have a lot of in person interaction with the owners but they were available all the time for any question online, they also gave us a lovely suggestion for local food and provided us with a very smooth check in. The room was a lot bigger than expected, we were 3 people with 6 bags of 22kg(around 50lbs) and there still was a lot of space to move around. Cleanliness was also nice, without any problems. I would definitely choose this place again when visiting Miami. Thank you🙏🏻

Pros: The furnishing, the cleanliness of the apartment were awesome. Our late check-in was also very uncomplicated, as well the check-out. Sergio was very kind and fast in responding. He gives us good recommondations for food f.e.. We really enjoyed our stay in Little Havanna! :-)

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The look of the house Stunning furniture. The outside was beautiful as well as the room itself. The location is very convenient, very close to Calle Ocho. Having all the streaming services in the TV already installed was a neat touch.

Cons: There wasnt a way to turn off the AC in the room. The sliding door of the bathroom needs a door knob/handle. Whilst sliding it, my finger got pinched inbetween the door and the doorframe.

Excellent room in an excellent house!

Pros: The place is lovely! An authentic Cuban-style house with a nice garden in the back. The house is very quiet and the location is excellent. Close to anything one might need, to public transportation and in the heart of Little Havana. The room was spacious, full of light and furnished both functionally and with style. The toilet is clean, spacious and the shower is double. Bed was comfy and with plenty of pillows. A small kitchenette is present in the room, with a fridge and a microwave. Downstairs a full kitchen, a dining room and a living room are available for guests to use. The nice table in the garden is also perfect for a quiet morning breakfast. The host was available for any question and quick to answer, we also received recommendations for food in the neighbourhood. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back if we pass through Miami again.

Pros: The hosts here have thought of absolutely everything. The communication is excellent, the location is perfect, and the property is not only lovely (I'm guessing this is the traditional style of the area) but beautifully clean too. The room is huge, a TV is always a nice touch, and so is the microwave/fridge/sink. The bed was so comfy too, I didn't want to leave!

Pros: Die Lage in Miami und die Sauberkeit. Es war einfach sich zurecht zu finden und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war per Mail aber klar und hilfreich

Boa localização

Pros: Próximo da Calle 8 com opções de comida. Há um supermercado muito próximo (2 quadras). Na frente do supermercado há o ponto de ônibus onde passa o Trolley (transporte gratuito de Miami). Check in facilitado, bastava acessar as portas com senhas. ´ Havia disponível, shampoo, condicionador, toalhas, microondas no guarto com mini geladeira. Apesar de ainda ser caro considerando a conversão do dólar, foi uma das acomodações mais interessantes financeiramente considerando Miami como um todo.

Cons: No anuncio conta que há ar-condicionado. Quando vi as fotos, realmente há um duto de saída de ar. Esse foi um dos motivos de ter reservado a acomodação, mas ao chegar, a casa realmente era climatizada, mas o quarto em si estava muito quente. Inclusive, havia um ventilador de teto e um ventilador/climatizador pequeno de chão. O ambiente mais fresco do quarto era o banheiro. Creio que precisam ajustar isso. A casa possui alguns quartos. O que pegamos foi um para família (2 camas de casal)

Cozy and great location!

Pros: Beautiful place, very spacious, quiet peaceful location, loved the shared kitchen downstairs... very much recommend! Sergio and his family have a beautiful home!
