Best Room in Miami !

Pros: Los detalles y los tiempos de respuesta sumaron mucho valor, disfrutamos la estancia.

Pros: Una excelente anfitriona , aep excelente, tamaño adecuado , decoración excelente , parqueo y lugar excelente no hay ningún tipo de queja todo 100% bien

Close (to airport), Convenient (to where I needed to go), Clean (exceptionally)

Pros: This room was even better than I expected for the one night I stayed. 1. Close to Miami International Airport, Miami Brightline station, Downtown Miami 2. Room was extraordinarily clean and felt safe 3. Host replied to messages in a timely manner 4. Separate air conditioner for the room 5. Dorm fridge with waters 6. Excellent for a quick overnight stay 7. You get chocolate!

Cons: I grew up in North Miami and lived all over (NW Miami, Miami Lakes, Hialeah). I understand the area's vibes and many noises. I didn't mind any of the outside noises simply because I am used to that energy. However, I will mention some things that others may find a little less than desirable for a longer stay at this property. For the record, MY stay was absolutely perfect! 1. Do not expect Art Deco Miami Beach. This is a decent working-class neighborhood near the airport. 2. It's summer year-round, so expect the neighbors to be in their yards, chilling, hanging out, and (loudly) chatting away til the later hours (depending on when you'd like to sleep). 3. Expect the possibility of someone working on their car with loud machinery. This happened while I waited for my Uber to the Miami Brightline station the morning I left. 4. I don't recall hearing airplanes overhead because I was dead tired as I had just landed from Iceland on a longhaul flight. It is possible to hear them because of the proximity to MIA, but I did not hear any. It's just something to keep in mind. This is all I can think of in regards to what others may find irritating. As for me, I will gladly stay here again!

Amazing

Pros: Cleanliness, comfortable room.. beautiful property/layout.. got the basic needed; refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tv.. I also felt so safe because of location and the locking mechanism… this place was absolutely amazing for my one night. I will stay there again and recommend to friends and family..

Pros: Super confortável, muito limpo. E os detalhes de ter carta feita a mão, chocolates de boas vindas fez diferença! Aconchegante, e deu para descansar bem em 3 pessoas! Vou voltar com certeza!

Pros: Für USA Verhältnisse hat und besonders gut die Dusche gefallen. Auch an der gesamten Sauberkeit der Unterkunft gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Sie ist mit vielen kleinen Details ausgestattet.

Cons: Es gab leider keinen Tisch und Stühle wo man sich mal hinsetzen konnte. Sehr hellhörig besonders im Badezimmer. Uns persönlich war das Bett etwas zu klein aber das empfindet ja jeder anders.
