Very affordable, private, clean, nice, spacious bedroom.

Pros: The location is very good, it is nearby one of the more expensive locations in Miami(5 blocks away from Brickell Downtown); although the place is surprisingly affordable with the other places around. It’s a simple building but the price is amazing. It was very clean and I had a great experience, it’s a nice spacious bedroom with a private bathroom with I also liked. I saw a shared bedroom as well but I didn’t stay in that one.

Cons: It’s a private bedroom, but in a shared apartment, so that’s my only complaint but, for the price you can’t beat it. The people there were also very friendly though.
