Pros: Extremely clean, modern. Friendly staff throughout. Beautiful lobby. I had breakfast in the restaurant every day and it was great, try the breakfast sandwich. It came with the best \

Cons: Kind of an odd location. The hotel is part of a brand new development which spans about a block, but the immediate surrounding area isn't great. If you have a car, this is not a big deal. Also, parking was confusing. I don't like having to pay $32/day to park and then feeling compelled to tip the valet each time I wanted to leave the property. It was not clear how to park without using the valet service.

Pros: The rooftop pool area is super nice! Hotel is brand new, so everything was very clean and organized. Also excellent gym!

Cons: The breakfast option is quite limited, there is no buffet at all and some portions can be ordered, but the service was somewhat slow with only couple of customers. So I am hesitant of how it would work with more customers.
