Pros: The room was nice and spacious. The location was good too, near a lot of stores. We stayed before a cruise and it was so close to the port that we got there super fast.

Cons: They don't have room service.

Pros: It was close to the airport, clean and smelled really nice. The room was awesome.

Convenient and comfortable accommodations for the day before a cruise.

Pros: Location is good and the property is fairly well maintained. Check in process was very good. Nate did a nice job getting us checked in quickly and efficiently.

Cons: The carpeting in the rooms could be cleaner. Walking around in bare feet and then taking a shower shows the dirtiness in the water. Other than the carpeting, the rooms seem fairly clean.

Cons: Kostenloser Airport Transfer bei Ankunft Wartezeit über 1 h obwohl alle anderen Hotels gefühlt jede 5 Minuten abholen. Erst nach telefonischer Nachfrage wurde ein Shuttle losgeschickt - nicht wirlich Kundenfreundlich

Short & sweet

Pros: We stayed the day before our Bahamas trip and the day after. Both stays were 1 night and they were great. The day before our trip, we got there in the morning. Alex was at the front desk. She was very nice. And she went above and beyond to get us early check-in. We appreciated that very much. The day we came back from Bahamas. We arrived at 9:30 pm. Our room was ready. It was clean. It was comfortable. And again, Alex was at the front desk and she was just as friendly as she was the first time. I like that there’s a lot of places in walking distance for shopping or if you want something to eat. Perfect location if you’re getting on the ferry to the Bahamas or going on a cruise. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: I have absolutely no complaints!

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, especially Bella and Keisha and Elias. Everyone was very helpful, kind and went above and beyond to make the stay fun and comfortable. Shuttle driver was on time and so professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🙏🏽
