A good room, plenty of space, clean. Convenient location.

Pros: The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is good.

Cons: The power outlet wasn't working, and neither was the air conditioner remote control; there were also no cutlery, plates, or even glasses.

Very relaxed and pleasant

Pros: our check in with wiliams and maria was very accommodating and welcoming. The morning Breakfast was always ready with nice selection and great coffee! Donna sets up and replenishes breakfast as needed she takes great care streamlines the crowd while managing to great people with Kindness. Thank you, Donna, for a great start to every to everyday we recently spent in Hollywood beach.

Cons: no comments everything was fine.

Séjour très apprécié, nous reviendrons c’est certain mais mais n’augmentez pas vos prix 😊

Pros: Bien situé, BBQ, lit et oreillers très confortables, la quantité d’oreillers, pression dans la douche, pas de manque d’eau chaude, aide par le personnel de chambre très appréciée , utilise leur cellulaire pour traduire l’anglais en espagnol pour comprendre nos demandes.. super que vous engagiez du personnel de Cuba, du Nicaragua… vous pourriez même leur payer des vacances dans leur famille 1 â 2 fois par année. Aussi, un petit mot spécial pour Danna qui a toujours bien répondu à mes besoins. Je voudrais que son supérieur ‘Astrid ‘ le sache et lui fasse le message.

Cons: Plusieurs personnes à l’office n’étaient pas très accueillantes, je dirais même désagréables. Petit commentaire constructif: un lavage des murs , et du mobilier extérieur serait sûrement apprécié.

Pros: En lo personal me gustó, me encantó y estuve súper satisfecho en general son profesionales, a pesar de cualquier cosa que se pueda presentar, ellos te atienden con tremendo carisma con educación profesionalidad y sinceramente se lo puedo garantizar a cualquiera que quiera vacacionar pasar tiempo o descansar al 100% le doy un 100 de 100, los trabajadores súper no hay queja principalmente en Front de la señora Maria, que de momento se le acumula tantas cosas arriba de ella, y siempre a la vez igual con su profesionalismo con carisma, a pesar de muchos Customer, que vienen hasta equivocado, y eso lo viví yo,lo máximo Super Happy se lo recomiendo cualquiera gracias y que Dios me los bendiga.5 🌟 .
