Pros: Location, staff, room, restaurant and bar all excellent. Position on the beach is perfect. Would return for certain.

Cons: confusion over my booking on arrival breakfast choices were very narrow quite a long walk to get to alternative restaurants

Pros: Location was great, staff was really helpful and amenities were super convenient

A must to return to on the next Florida trip.

Pros: Excellent location, easy access to the beach. Towels and beach chair were a great comfort. Snacks, water and champagne each day was delightful.

Cons: Umbrella for the beach was an extra charge.

Fit for a king

Pros: Everything was great staff treated us like royalty great room great view loved the beach best time ever!!

Cons: Nothing it was perfect

Cons: There really wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like. It would be nice to had a little bit more seating in the lobby, but other than that, the food was good. Location was good.

Cons: Hotel um pouco antigo demais nas estruturas gerais do prédio. O quarto não se pode falar, muito confortável. Funcionários do quarto sempre reclamando, falando alto e fazendo barulho.

Lovely old but clean and comfortable hotel with awesome staff!

Pros: I didn’t think I was going to like this property as much as did, but for one reason or another we always come back to this hotel. It’s a bit ragged but the beds are comfortable, you get good water pressure, it’s very clean, the promenade lends itself to long walks by the beach… but what I think really makes us want to go back here time and time again are the employees. Everyone is so nice - they each go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and help you sort out needs during your stay. Natasha, Devon, Alexis- all the people at the front desk, they are awesome and the reason why we always return.

Cons: The food is just not good. Overpriced, and bad quality food. And the personnel at the restaurant is a bit all over the place.
