Pros: Clean room. Near beach but not as close as Hotel I reserved & paid for … away from A1A

Cons: I reserved & paid for Ocean Villas, closer to beach but was put in Silver Spray which is on A1A & noisy due to traffic.

Pros: Chegamos tarde da noite, o atendimento foi rápido e ficamos no Netuno, com vista lateral para o mar. Maravilhoso, cama super confortável e tudo limpinho. Voltarei outras vezes. Café da manhã estava incluso, muito bom pela praticidade. Quarto espaçoso e arejado.

Pros: La cama, el baño y la liberación del depósito. Cama: espectacular Baño: muy completo Depósito: liberacion rápida y muy responsable

Cons: Mis puntos serían la recepcionista y el desayuno. el trato de la recepcionista no fue el más amable. soy un colega de ustedes ya que trabajo en un hotel y mi servicio a pesar de tener un mal día sigo dando un 10, la suerte me dio tiempo de ver cómo estuvo tratando a otro huésped y fue una persona cuando me tocó a mí CAMBIO!. Desayuno muy escaso e infraestructura muy mala. Esto lo digo como crítica constructiva un hotel en una zona muy turística debería de estar pendiente de estás cosas de mejorar y seguir creciendo como hotel
