I love staying with this company they are good people!

Pros: I had a ground floor with a view and it was perfect! City and building parking right next to me and I can see the beach from my room. Everyone is very nice and respectful and maintenance is hard working always.

Cons: I wish I would live here.

Horrible experience

Pros: 1207 is a nice unit but some of the other units are a nightmare! When we went to check-in, they told us that the unit was not available because of plumbing so they put us at the Neptune. I told the gentleman at the front desk that I might wanna extend a couple days. I wasn’t sure he said that wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t able to extend through booking.com Just to make a new reservation and that I could stay in the same room as long as I paid $39 difference when I went

Cons: Maria the lady at the front desk and William the manager. They are rude and ruthless. That lady has no customer service skills. Told me I was wasting her time and to get out of her face. I hope the cameras record. This woman needs to be terminated

If offered... Get the upgrade!

Pros: After arrival, we were actually offered to stay at the Neptune Hotel for a little more money. So glad we did because we were just steps from the beach. With a beach view in front and pool view in back. Beautiful stay. Thanks!

Excelente custo e Localização. Acomodações simples.

Pros: Localização excelente e a pouco passos do calçadão e da praia. Próximo de bons bares e restaurantes. Acomodação simples mas confortável. Cama de casal King size com roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. Travesseiros macio. Banheiro e ducha ok. Não tomamos o café da manhã que é servido de 08 am as 09 am pois saímos antes deste horário nosso trem partiu as 08:30 , acho que poderia melhorar este tempo de café . Esta propriedade tem vários blocos de apto na mesma quadra. Um perto do outro e a recepção fica em um deles

Cons: Não foi possível tomar o café da manhã pois nosso trem partiu as 08:34 e o café da manhã no hotel é servido de 08am a 09 am .
