Öocation perfect for us

Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Full kitchenette and friendly employees. Good location for our trip to the Everglades north and south entrances. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons: The walls are very thin and only plastic utensils for breakfast.

Excellent comfortable hotel stopover close to Highway 27

Cons: The breakfast is served with plastic cutlery and plates and makes too much waste!

Very comfortable, great location, helpful staff

Pros: Excellent location for us, very comfortable room with everything provided, nice swimming pool, helpful staff, easy access to restaurants.

Cons: There was a self service mini market but a bar would have been very welcome and the breakfast lacked variety and was all available only with single use plastic glasses, cups, plates, cutlery so you ended with more plastic than food. I would have expected an international chain with an otherwise really nice hotel to be moving forward more with its environmental policies.

Lovely sized room for a short or long stay.

Pros: Good sized room with a small kitchen and a 4 seat dining area, the beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well.

Cons: Some of the vinyl floor tiles are lifting and uneven in the bedroom and bathroom of our room, we also thought that the complimentary breakfast was very basic, the food was good but a greater choice would have been nice.

Pros: Alles ist wie beschrieben. Es gibt prinzipiell auch draußen (saubere!) Grillplätze, welche man benutzen kann. Viele Restaurants (Hotel-Boni!) in Laufnähe. Perfekt für eine Nacht vor/nach dem Flug. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut und ausreichend.

Cons: Nichts nennenswertes, vielleicht etwas teuer.

Pros: Con respecto al desayuno quiero dar una recomendación y es que deben rotar el menú del desayuno, ya que es muy importante que hagan cambios en la presentación del desayuno para que sea agradable y sea una motivación cada día al levantarse una persona.

Cons: Si el desayuno hubiera alternativas con respecto a la proteína y rotaran los ingredientes.

Pros: We loved the heated pool and grilling area that looks over a pond with lots of birds & wildlife.

Cons: Pillows were flat.

Perfect hotel for a long stay in the Kendall area.

Pros: We really enjoyed the size of the room, the outdoor facilities like the bbq and the swimming pool, the gym, and the laundry facilities too. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful. The hotel exceeded our expectations.
