Really nice hotel

Pros: Great hotel felt safe and happy really enjoyed our stay here and I left my suitcase and they phoned me straight away great customer service 👍 nice complement cookie on arrival 😀

I started coming here last year and will continue doing so, overall is good an great location

Pros: Breakfast has been always quite good and decent, so I am happy with that

Cons: One of the elevators was OUT OF SERVICE, making this a bit uncomfort for the delays

It was okay!

Pros: It was clean and rooms were spacious! The complimentary breakfast was nice too!

Cons: There was no hot water at 9am and my brother who took a shower at 7am, different room and floor, did not have water either! The staff’s excuse was there was probably too many people taking a shower at those times! Also, we did not like the location! It was too far from everything and hard to find a restaurant nearby!

Pros: Quiet. Good sleep. Easy parking. Nice hot breakfast. Nice staff.

Cons: Cold blowing Fan in room can not be stopped or can not be shut down. Noisy strong and cold wind in the room around the clock. No walking place outside. Only by car.

great value hotel for exploring the Everglades.

Pros: We stayed here to visit the Everglades and the hotel was perfectly located at around 35 minute drive from Shark Alley. The pool was a lovely added bonus as was the breakfast which I hadn’t realised was included. We were delayed leaving due to bad weather and the staff were so accommodating and extended our booking free of charge for a few hours. rooms we clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, shop for small snacks and drinks was really useful.

Cons: Nothing it was all good.
