Good stay,

Pros: All good, served its purpose, good pickup from airport, room functional if not spectacular. Breakfast a bit pricey

Cons: Gym was small, treadmill was broken

Great hotel close to the airport

Pros: Very friendly staff and good free airport shuttle. The room spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. I didn't try the breakfast since I was leaving early in the morning. I would definitely go back.

Convenient location and perfect for short stays

Pros: Good sized room and comfortable bed Restaurant/Lounge was good and could get food at a late hour

Pros: Having issues with stand by flights we booked very last minute a double queen bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. Good value for money, free shuttle bringing us to the nearby location from Miami airport, comfortable, nice staff, very nice pool with stunning view on landing aircrafts and with lots of bath towels available, ideal for a short stay waiting for a flight to keep kids busy, fairly nice breakfast included in our Booking.com rate. All in all perfect deal, bravo.

Cons: The fire alarm that run crazy at 0900 am, and the breakfast charged while included and not indicated in the arrival form, but it was refunded eventually.

One night stay

Pros: I enjoyed my stay. My room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast staff were polite and helpful. Loved the swimming pool and lounge area.

Cons: The only issue was that the shower gel dispenser was empty. I would have been grateful for a shower cap.

Good value for money, well situated near airport

Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable. Very close to airport. Convenient free shuttle bus to airport. Large Target store nearby

Cons: Shower was quite weak. Breakfast a bit basic. Not many English speaking staff (mainly Spanish)

Good stay but be aware of 'hidden' costs.

Pros: The hotel overall is very nice, and the 'free' shuttle is a big bonus. If you overstayed in the parking lot there is a possibility to prolong it IF you talk to the staff. The fact that we were able to store our luggage for free the second day until we took the shuttle. Also the room was very nice.

Cons: The fact that the parking lot has a 30 minutes free parking time. And that there is no free parking after that. I am almost sure that when I booked the room there was breakfast included but we found out that morning that there wasn't any. And we had to pay extra. The fact that the driver of the 'free' shuttle was asking for 'gratuities' when you get dropped off, and he actually expected to be paid, not just 'asked'. I was lucky I had a few dollars left from our trip. That is the USA for you.

Pros: Everyone was good and helpfull and i stayed maybe 7th time and I will stay again and again.

Cons: Back side of rooms are very noisy.

A good stop over near the airport with a 24 hr shuttle bus.

Pros: The shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient and saved a few dollars which is always useful when travelling. The check-in was quick and efficient.

Cons: Our key didn't work, so we had to go back down again, but after that it was sorted. A little more information about the shuttle and where to get it would be useful. Also, the shuttle wasn't white - it was more peach / pink.

Pros: Short distance from the airport so ideal for an overnight stay after a long haul flight.

Cons: $25 per night parking fee payable by app only...inconvenient if you've just arrived from overseas. The last thing I needed was to have to download an American parking app that I'd only use once. When we travelled here before (a year ago) we could pay cash for the car park.
