A great stay

Pros: The helpful staff. Without exception they went beyond just doing their jobs. The pool area is also great as is the airport shuttle service.

Cons: Bit of a hike to local shops especially in the midday sun however lots of quirky eateries very close if you fancy a change of scenery

Great stay but let down with the charging me twice issue. Still unresolved and it’s been over a month

Pros: Great room, clean and room service as lovely. Particularly liked the bar tender at lunch on the 24th November 25 , he was so friendly and attentive.

Cons: Charged me twice room service on two different cards and still haven’t got my money back. Impossible to set up account so contact with hotel was poor and as a result unable to find transfer from airport and had to take a taxi. No way to communicate easily with the hotel.

Repeat stay ...no complaints

Pros: I come here many years and many times while staying for a day or two either between flights or travelling towards another destination ...I liked and like it...the food is better than in other hotels near the airport...the staff is very friendly and the beds super comfortable.

Ideal place to relax after a long flight.

Pros: Perfect location to stay for a night after flying in to Miami airport before setting off to the Keys. Avis car hire in the lobby, perfect.

Excellent service from the concierge and front desk, comfortable and clean room

Pros: We arrived tired having left Cayman to escape a major hurricane. My partner is heavily pregnant and was exhausted after a 5am start. Check in was very efficient and friendly, Madilynne on front desk helped us with our bags. I went to get some snacks for us once we had settled into the room, and while I was gone Madilynne had signed a lovely \

Cons: Nothing of any consequence

It was OK but señor Melendez was very friendly and most helpful

Pros: It’s near the airport and in the past we stayed here quite often , and wanted to experience the changes

Cons: Actually that the dining room had no windows and, therefore, not very inviting, and the choice at the buffet has been reduced too much, but other hotels have done the same, missed the wonderful selection of fruit.

Cons: It was not clear where to catch the shuttle bus from the airport. The seats and tables in the dining area were a bit grubby and tatty.
