Great place to go with family! Lovely staff, great facilities!

Pros: The staff was great, they were very helpful. We had an emergency with our kids and they helped us quickly and with great attitude. The breakfast was included and that was a good surprise. It was a good buffet breakfast.

Pros: Localization, the staff, the room: comfortable and large.

Cons: Nothing to point out

Pros: Very clean and lovely staff. The front desk person Eric was amazing! He made our whole trip and we only saw him for two days!

Cons: We kept asking for 3 bath rags and they only gave us 1, I went down multiple times and they told me they would send more and never did.

Great Miami hotel near Dolphin mall-car needed

Pros: The hotel was clean, spacious. The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating. The beakfast was very nice, with options for a continental breakfast and a la carte. The variety is big and the service fron thebstaff excellent. Theybare chil friendly, read very accomodating and patient! I also ordered a bunch of packages to the hotel, which arrived prior to my arrival. The staff took excellent care of these. Lastly, we ordered a crib for our baby in advance. The crib was nicely assembled in the room when we checked in.

Cons: You will definitely need a car to go anywhere from the hotel, the location is somewhat secluded. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but it needs to be reserved in advance and is not per say available then, as it may alreadt be occupied. Thus although advertised as having a shuttle bus available, it is more like a bus that is a taxi with fixed destination. This means that the hotel is quite secluded and you are very dependant of a car. Although the rooms are clean and comfortable, other than that there isn't much to do in the hotel and definitely not in the neighborhood.

Convenient. Comfortable. Pleasurable.

Pros: Location was ideal. Complimentary cookie was awesome. Shuttle service and Steve the driver were the best. Steve was an absolute pleasure and extremely hard working.

Cons: There’s nothing I can say I did not enjoy about this property.
