Pros: The location is ideal for shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Cons: Though the breakfast is free it needs more variety.

Pros: From the moment we checked in the staff especially Marcus was absolutely 10/10 his professionalism, his manner and his exceptional level of customer services was outstanding. The shopping malls were so easy to access, the hotel was great

Pros: It is central to miami shopping and dolphin shopping malls, dolphin being best as I shopped till I drop, more variety. Closer to airport. Clean bedroom with fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc

Cons: Not their fault, the fun fair/merry ground lights shone into the room very brightly. Possibly cheese slice for vegetarian

Good value and convenient for short stay. If you have electric car free charging available.

Pros: The charging station in the parking lot helped me charge the vehicle up to 80%. I appreciate that. Rooms were clean and have all the facilities. I should point out that the shower sets the expectation for the value of the hotel in a positive way.

Cons: Breakfast had no vegan or vegetarian options for my son. There were no coffee cups, and when they brought some out, they were small, causing the coffee to overflow from the vending machine. They can add some baked potatoes or beans.

Pros: Check in and out was simple and quick. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was very helpful.

Cons: The was a good variety of items available for breakfast but the scrambled eggs were very salty

Good value for money

Pros: Great beds, large rooms and daily housekeeping. Perfectly located for shopping and around 25 minute drive to south beach.

Cons: The breakfast isn’t great, it can be much better. The air conditioning units in the room are very loud.

I would definately stay here again.

Pros: Location is across the car park from Miami International Mall. It is also a short 12 minutes walk from Dolphin Mall or 2 bus stops away. Other shopping within a 5 minute walk from Hotel. The breakfast which was complimentary, was decent: eggs (scrambled, boiled, omlets), sausages, oatmeal, muffins, fruits, teas, coffee, juices, toast, croissants etc. I didnt have to purchase water as the ice machine also dispenses drinking water. There were also 2 complimentary bottles in the room upon my check-in. The room had a safe so I could have stored my valuables. Also in the room was a mini refrigerator and a micro-wave. Front desk staff very helpful. I would definately stay here again.

Great staff and convenient location

Pros: Staff is very friendly and location is extremely convenient - near the airport, next door to a mall and with lots os dining options nerby. Beds are really confortable and the toiletries are pretty good (all Dove, no wierd shampoos that don't rinse properly). Breakfast is great, with a decent ammount of options to choose from.

Cons: We stayed at this hotel twice during the same trip - upon arrival and before catching the flight back home. On our first stay, the room was excellent, perfectly clean and well kept. On the second, however, the room appeared to not be as clean and our minibar looked a bit worse for wear. Also, the pancake machine was broken during both our stays, even though they were more than 10 days appart. Finally, I wish they had a half-day stay option. We had a later flight and, although staff was incredibly accomodating (they allowed us to check-out later and stored our luggage), a half-day stay would have been welcome. Obviously, none of this would prevent us from staying again.
