Perfect place for a family holidays

Pros: This hotel is perfect for exploring Miami. It’s in a fantastic location, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions, and it’s close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The sea view is absolutely stunning. The hotel is spotless, the room is spacious, and the shower was excellent. The pool is a real highlight, and the terrace bar is brilliant, the perfect spot to relax. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Everything was just right for a wonderful family holiday, and we would happily stay here again.

Our stay was enjoyable.

Pros: The location is good. Water views and short walk to waterfront. The food at the Caña restaurant was delicious

Cons: Extend pool and pool bar hours. We were sightseeing for the day and looked forward to having a drink and apps at the pool. The bar was closed and the pool closed shortly after. We were locked out on the rooftop and had to climb down the stairwell which was unsightly and had maintenance tools and supplies strewn about.

Great views and amenities

Pros: We loved our room! We had a great view of the ocean and our beds were huge which was great. The room was very spacious, and so was the bathroom. The hotel also has a great dining area to eat and is very close to the kaseya centre and nice restaurants in Brickell. Everything seemed walking distance for us as we were staying here for ultra music festival. The staff were very accommodating and kind!

Good size rooms, lovely pool area.

Pros: Location is good if you want to experience a quieter part of Miami or want the bars and shops of Baywater. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable - the price of an Uber to South Beach is around £16.

Cons: There was not enough creamier in the rooms.

Was exactly what we wanted for a 30 hour stay - perfect

Very good, property is local to shops et cetera, 10 minutes walk to centre. Very enjoyable stay.

Good business hotel in the heart of the City

Pros: Staff were professional and assisted whenever requested. Rooms were good and clean. Located within walking distance of a few food options and convenience stores for other provisions.

Cons: This hotel has quite a clinical feel about. Reception area is simple, plain and not grand at all. Almost like the reception of an office building. No grand lobby. The pillows were all soft and no alternatives offered. no milk in room for coffee.
