We love staying at Four Seasons Brickell

Pros: The room and the view was fantastic. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. Pool and hammocks were lovely. Location is excellent.

Cons: The evening turn down service was not always done and we could have done with an evening clean.

Exceptional service, stunning surroundings, and a sense of comfort

Pros: My stay at the hotel was an extraordinary experience, filled with warm hospitality, luxurious amenities, and a serene atmosphere that left me feeling truly pampered and completely at ease.

Cons: Breakfast is a bit limited, but ok.

Best choice in central Miami if you like a great pool, super gym, great food and attentive service.

Pros: Best swimming pool area in central Miami by a long way - Very large space with lots of palm trees and tropical birds and huge pool which doesn’t fall into the shade like those on the beach. Good poolside service too. Superb gym - Equinox - gets very busy at pre work and post work times though Very good quality food - b/fast and poolside lunches are excellent Great reception staff who are genuinely helpful Very comfortable beds

Cons: Felt the ceiling height in the rooms were a little low to feel truly luxurious and windows are a bit small too and don’t open. Views from the rooms aren’t exceptional either - go for the bay view

Relaxing and enjoyable stay after a lot travels

Pros: Very professional service. Pleasant and flexible staff. Spacious rooms with varaible views of bay and city. Pool or bay are the nicest . At some levels city views look at the buildings next door. Great poolside and nice pool food . Well located near airport and good restaurants.

Cons: I dont like the porcelain unfixed dispensers for soap etc in the shower . When wet they get slippery and they are very heavy if they fall in your foot or smash in the shower . They should be heavy recycled plastic . Small point ! I do respect their big attempts to be eco .
