I will be back

Pros: I was in Miami for the weekend . This place is clean . Staff is very good . The front desk is great on all shifts. If I had to nit pick at anything, the pool area could use an update . Great value !

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights just before Christmas 2024. It’s close to the Dolphin outlet mall

Pros: The service from Jimmy on reception was better than exceptional. I lost my mobile and my credit cards were frozen, he allowed me to use his mobile to make international calls to resolve the problem. The world needs more heroes like him.

Exceptional I will be visiting here again.

Pros: The hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and I loved I was able to get me a drink late night from the fridge.

Worth to stay

Pros: room and bathroom spacious and very clean, comfortable bed with clean bedding, room cleaned regularly, cosmetics in the bathroom replenished on a regular basis, quite large parking lot, good base for sightseeing,

Cons: every day I encountered a problem with the shower: in the morning we had no water at all and in the evening there was a problem with the hot water, the water pressure was very weak, the staff was not very pleasant
