Quirkey art deco hotel in great location. Check in needs to be more organized and on time.

Pros: Good breakfast option. Room comfortable and location in Miami excellent.

Cons: The check in was somewhat chaotic....having to wait way beyond check in time for room to be ready. One elevator not working so excessive wait times .

Pros: Staff were very friendly on arrival , very helpful with a straight forward check in, they give you good knowlege and a map of local areas. The room was small not a lot of room to move around, but bed was comfortable, pillows were unusal just a square shape. Breakfast was from a menu one choice or pay for extras, like cappuccino, latte , not a lot of staff up there , so the wait was a little longer but not the lady's fault. Really central to things , cafes , restaurants.

Cons: Pillows and the old furniture in the room , only one lift working as well.

Pros: All Good! The Staff was very good, best staff we met on our US Tour. Very friendly and competent. Special thanks to the Doorman, i think his name was tommy!
