Great linen
Pros: Nice and clean . Great location beautiful bathrooms and the towels and linen good quality.

A noisy neighbour
Pros: The location right by Lincoln Mall and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of eateries and nearby to lots of art deco buildings if that is your thing. On the free bus circuit and plenty of shops to browse.
Cons: Had some noisy neighbours who did not respond to the management notice to cool it. A very noisy fan outside and no view from window due to a big wall from next building. Only one chair to sit on else it was the bed

Good value
Pros: Best location, after searching and comparing for a long time. Buses all around. Nice room, comfortable, great to have a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker. Beds too soft, if it's a problem for you (for me a bit). There were food leftovers in the fridge, from previous guests, and lots of hairs in one of the towels. Easy check in. Never seen any personnel, but it was not a problem. Smart TV and lights were great.

Pros: The location was great for the beach, art deco area, the Big Bus tour, eating places, shops and the bus to the airport. It was all very convenient. The in-room facilities were useful and the shower room was stylish. Everything was clean.
Cons: The room was quite small with just one chair and felt very basic. The window was on to a side alley with waste bins. We were on the first floor and the room doors are impossible to close quietly because of the big locks so it was quite noisy.

SOBI great option 4 accommodation
Pros: Location Just 2 blocks from LA Espanolita Way (15th), 3 blocks from Ocean Drive and Lummus Park and around the corner of Lincoln Road. The price is great 120 USD per nite, 4 people. I mean, it ain't cheap but come on, u r at the heart of SOBI
Cons: 3 homeless AROUND.

Very well located hotel
Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent: a couple of streets from the beach, a short walk to Ocean Drive and right next to the pedestrianised part of Lincoln Road full of shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel provides beach towels and has an arrangement for guests to get beach chairs free of charge. The rooms are quite basic and not large - but more than adequate for visiting the city, with up-to-date plumbing and a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, Keurig coffee maker). The hotel is an art deco building with a beautiful period lobby area. The staff respond to queries by email immediately, very politely and clearly (after 6pm there is no-one at reception, hence the use of email for a couple of queries).
Cons: The view out the room window is just one big wall ... not the hotel's fault: it is a new building being constructed right next door, so that one can't see anything else (a sad development from the perspective of the Greenview). We were unlucky in that the coffee machine in the room didn't work and there were a couple of other minor issues, probably due to the previous room occupants rather than a systemic issue with the hotel. The elevator was out of order too but was being repaired when we checked out. There was some space to hang clothes in the room but other storage space was limited. Everything was fine in other respects - we were probably just a bit unlucky with the coffee machine, elevator, etc. and our experience shouldn't put others off.

Pros: You get what you pay for in terms of amenities and facilities, but in terms of service and location, you get so much more. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. My only regret was not booking it for my entire stay. They accommodated us with an early check-in, which was a huge plus since we had so many bags. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. I’m definitely coming back!The bathroom was a pleasant surprise—modern, clean, and spacious.
Cons: The only reason I’m mentioning what I didn’t like is because Booking asked! The lights were a bit dim and dark, but honestly, that’s nothing compared to the convenience of the location. If I were on my honeymoon, it would probably be perfect!
