AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Beach

We had a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Service was excellent. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Close to the beach.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: roof top close 20. the floor in the room starting to lift up. The fan in the bathroom ( 733) was very loud

Modern hotel in a great location and the roof top pool is a bonus!

Pros: Location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and pretty much everything you need.

Cons: The only let down was we didn’t get room service once. We asked reception about it who assured us we would get it the next day and that didn’t happen at all on our 3 night stay

Pros: Great hotel, very well Located and equipped. Staff were standout - nothing was too much trouble and all recommendations made were brilliant. Very friendly. Strong recommend.

Comfortable hub in quieter part of Miami Beach.

Pros: Proximity to the beach and city centre. Bus stop and Starbucks nearby.

Cons: Tourist tax and destination fee were not included in the advertised price which increased the cost of a night for some 25%. I found it an incorrect advertising. It would deserve some form of compemsation, and correction for accurate information. :-(

Excellent hotel walking distance from beach and Miami bars and restaurants

Pros: Brilliant location - walking distance to the beach.

Cons: Breakfast was a little slow with one person serving and replenishing the food. Took a while to get what we wanted.

Pros: The location is great, close to the beach and far from the parties in South Beach, with good restaurants options nearby and the free trolley to South Beach nearby. Great amenities, with free yoga class, a welcome drink, free bike rentals and nice pool. I had a delicious caesar salad in the restaurant too and love that Starbucks is right there. And the team is truly amazing, especially Henrique, Anthony, Nina and the gentleman at the restaurant!!! Luxury service level! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very pleasant. We had a conference there and every thing was perfect!

Pros: Great location, complimentary coffee and water. Beach and pool towels included. Two hours bike rental for free. Rooftop pool. Couldn't ask for better staff. So friendly and helpful! Amazing!

Amazing staff, great location, amazing views!

Pros: Incredible staff. They did everything in their way to make us have a great time out in Miami Beach. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. We were promoted to a room on the top floor with a big balcony with oceanview and that really made our stay amazing. Big thanks to the staff that made that happen, you are truly wonderful people.

Cons: A little wear and tear. No roomservice.

Pros: The customer service from the staff is the best I've experienced from a hotel in Miami. This was my fourth trip to Miami and I feel fourth time lucky as this hotel ticks all the boxes. It's like a peaceful oasis. The staff really look after you and make you feel so welcome. The property is in an amazing location in Mid Beach. It is next door to Starbucks and the Triton supermarket is across the road which is so handy! There is a free trolly bus behind the hotel that takes you to Lincoln Road for shopping. I walked to South Beach in 25 minutes or you can take the bus or Uber. It's like transport central...which makes me feel very at home coming from London!
