Lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Carolina at reception was outstanding, helpful and very accommodating. She even helped us sort out our uber issue and she was very kind and personable. Loved the fact that we were across from the beach.

Very pleased. Wish we had booked one more night.

Pros: Checking in went so fast. The room was ready before time. Clean, neat and great. Maggie at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. I believe the hotel should be 4 stars. We were very satisfied. Thank you.

Cons: It would have been perfect if there was parking at the hotel, but we parked at the neighbor hotel.

Staff made it worth the stay

Pros: Property was well maintained. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: I expected the room to be nicer based on the cost. I also understand the cost is related to the location. Otherwise, the room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Pros: La atencion en la recepción, muy agradables y, dispuestos a proporcionar la informacion solicitada de buena manera la ubicación del hotel muy buena, buenas toallas para el baño

Cons: las alfombras en la habitacion estaban manchadas (sucias) asimismo, las cabeceras de la cama tambien estaban manchadas, el elevador algo lento

We had a great time great for family vacation and very close to beach walking distance

Pros: The breakfast online said it was included in price when we got to the property it was 15.99 per person

Cons: Not being informed ahead of time that's the breakfast was not included.

The staff was amazing even with all the construction

Pros: The breakfast was cold so they had to put it the microwave. Other than it was good and filling.

Cons: It was a good stay. I know once all the construction is over it is really going to be nice
