Prime Hotel Miami

Great hotel but the pool is not really a thing (small and not deep)

Pros: The rooms were big, comfortable and the balcony was awesome. Location and bath room nice, beach is 5 mins away

Cons: The pool is very small and not suitable for swimming because its not deep. That was a bummer because I thought we could swim there….

Pros: The surprising thing is that they fulfill all the whims - this is perfectionism ... the mineral water is Evian! ... The staff will answer all your questions ... very good network

Relaxing and decompressing while enjoying the Miami sunshine.

Pros: My wife and I enjoyed the privacy and location that this hotel provided. We traveled to Miami for our anniversary and just wanted to connect with each other. This hotel was the perfect spot to stay if you are looking to be in the mix, but stay somewhere quiet and reasonable. Certainly will be staying here every time I visit Miami. The hotel felt like a home away from home. Customer service was great as well.

Cons: Everything was perfect! Seriously no complaints.

Cons: It was all good. If I want to find something, but it is really minimum, some better lighting in the bathroom

A wonderful couple days in vibrant Miami Beach!

Pros: We loved the location. Close to the beach, Starbucks, parking, the main strip on Ocean drive as well as Collins Drive. Shopping, restaurants. The furthest we walked was esplanola way for dinner about 20 mins. Staff were friendly. Loved the rooftop pool and patio.

Cons: Bit weirded place to have your check in desk in the middle of the restaurant No breakfast

Cons: It should of have it own parking lot All I wanted to do is just jump in my car and go without asking front desk the car all the time

Oh, I will be back again to stay at The Prime.

Pros: Great location! It's on Ocean Drive, but away from all of the noise and traffic. You are still a short walking distance from everything. The Prime is also very quiet. I barely heard anybody in the halls, so I slept very well. The bathroom had lots of room and the shower is large. I had a great room with great AC, a comfortable bed and a wrap around balcony. I liked that the rooftop pool area was open for 24 hours. And housekeeping did a wonderful job every single day. I came back to a clean room, fresh towels and a bed made with creases in the linen.

Cons: I did not like that customers had to go through the service bar area to get to the elevator. During dinner, I'm avoiding walking into the servers, while they were simply working. I also did not like that checking in the hotel was at the hostess stand/desk of the restaurant, right where people are eating. It was strange to leave in the morning, go downstairs to the restaurant and...its empty. Nobody is in the place (or the restaurant staff is preparing for the evening) I could not order breakfast, but no worries. The TV could be louder, but it certainly isn't a deal breaker.

Great location, great hotel!

Pros: Amazing location, great size bedroom with all standard amenities. The long balcony was also a huge plus for us! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Price was also very reasonable

Cons: The bathroom was quite dark, but everything worked as needed
