One night stay after MSC cruise
Pros: Amazing hotel, boutique style, nicely renovated, strategically located nearby Ocean Drive and next to Walgreens (24/7). Hotel has got fantastic staff - Mercedes made our checkin&out exceptional, helped us book a restaurant and provided all the necessary information. Storage and rooftop service very kind and helpful, too.
Cons: All was super good, no dislikes at all.

Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I’d happily stay here again.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were just as good — we slept really well. The room was large and spacious, with plenty of space to relax. The shower was excellent too: strong water pressure and consistently hot water.
Cons: the rooftop jacuzzi didn’t work throughout our entire stay.

Great stay in Miami South beach
Pros: Great location on Collins Avenue, 5 mins from South Beach. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and staff are very helpful. Blue Lavender cafe for breakfast is a must, staff are brilliant especially Isaac who really looked after us.
Cons: Hotel suffers high traffic, some areas need updated

Simply wonderful boutique hotel in a great position in South Beach.
Pros: Just a truly lovely boutique hotel. The room was fantastic, spacious and looked very new. Beautiful and comfortable furniture, great Air Conditioning system - so powerful, which is vital for my wife. Such a welcoming entrance lobby. The room and the bathroom were quite large. Just loved being in this space! Staff were also so friendly and efficient - all of them were good, Kimberley, Mercedes, Eduardo (forgive me for not mentioning all by name, my memory escapes me). My family and I just loved this hotel. Also had a superb maintenance person, who came quickly to fix any issues (only a light bulb needed replacing). The pool is at the top of the building, and what a great pool it is. And there is a great jacuzzi up there as well. The hotel has a superb position, one small block away from the beach, on the corner of Collins and 14th Street. And there is a Walgreen's literally next door, which is very convenient!
Cons: Being a boutique hotel, there is no hotel restaurant. There is a coffee shop in the building called Blue Lavender though. Honestly, not having breakfast in the hotel suited us though. The in-room coffee machine was superb! There could be more loungers at the pool, as it was quite popular with guests and it wasn't always possible to get a lounger. Otherwise nothing!

Very pleasant stay on well located, modern hotel in Miami Beach
Pros: Location is great. Super close to the beach but also not directly on Ocean Drive. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Hotel also offers towels and beach chairs. Staff was super friendly, especially Eduardo at the reception. Room was spacious, clean and modern

Nice hotel
Pros: It's a nice hotel, situated in an excellent location on Collins Av. 2 minutes walk from Ocean drive, 5 minutes from the beach, 4 minutes walk from Espagnola st. with all the restaurants, 2 minutes walk to a 24/7 supermarket. The staff was very friendly and helpful. and the suite was huge and comfortable. Nice breakfast was served in the nearby coffeeshop.
Cons: 1. On booking.com site it says that the suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Well, it did not. There's only a refrigerator and a coffee machine, and hot-pot was supplied upon request. 2. If the sink is separated from the bathroom, you should put towel hangers near the sink!
