Balfour Miami Beach

Greta Location on Ocean Drive.

Pros: We arrived early and were delighted to find that our room was ready. The reception staff were excellent. Friendly and welcoming and always willing to offer advice on local details. The room was a decent size and well appointed. The location is great as it is handy for the beach .. a few minutes walk .. but also for exploring the local area and restaurants. There is a a small plunge pool ( we didnt use ) and a roof terrace which was a nice quiet space. There is a nice coffee shop next door which also does pastries so we tended to use it for breakfast.

Cons: Nothing .. All was satisfactory .

Great stay at Balfour

Pros: The location was great and the staff was always there. We felt safe at the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The rooms are not that soundproofed so you can hear very well your neighbours and people out in the hall.

Pros: Great location, lovely decor /style, friendly staff, nice rooms and plunge pool. Nice little touches throughout.

Cons: Nothing really.

Cons: WiFi only worked in some parts of the room. Nearby restaurants are expensive

Pros: Great stay, would come back! I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, check-in was quick and smooth. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The location was convenient and quiet, with everything I needed close by. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety including fruits and pastries. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

Ocean drive staycay!

Pros: Good location All staff really friendly Room size a little squeeze for 4 but we knew that anyway. Great for a couple of nights stopover!

Great stay, amenities and hotel were beautiful

Pros: The Balfour was a beautiful hotel!! We loved our stay- we were given a complimentary drinks voucher and also had access to refreshing drinks in the lobby at all times for our convenience. The hotel was a short walk from great restaurants like carbone, and was also a 5-10 minute walk from Miami Beach. All in all I would stay here again!

Cons: The staff did seem slightly unwelcoming

Pros: Really nice double aspect corner room, great coffee machine. Good bathroom with nice rain shower.

Cons: We wanted to rent the hotel bikes which required downloading an app but had some trouble figuring out how to do it. After failing initially we sought help at reception and by the time they came out it was 2 minutes past the rent time (6.02pm). The app rejected us and they told us they couldn’t override it which is a bit sad as we were on time originally. So we had to change our evening plans… that didnt feel good enough service wise. Especially because on the app it had said they could be rented until 8pm.
