Pros: Love this hotel very clean and the staff is so friendly🙂

Cons: I wish I had more time

Pros: Everything. Would have liked the rate to be a little less because I book frequently.

Pros: Outstanding breakfast, excellent laundry facility, friendly helpful staff, comfy bed, BATHTUB!!, nice pool tho a little chilly.

Cons: Wish there was a closer place to get dinner I was quoted $191 on line but paid $221. Seems quite pricey.

A bit soul-less but a spacious and efficient place to stay.

Pros: Easy to get to from Miami airport, quiet neighbourhood, near plenty of shops for food etc. Good having a small kitchen. Staff were very helpful. Nice little swimming pool and fitness room. Laundry facilities, lots of car parking. Close to the Everglades cruise port (30 mins drive). The reception and other staff were always delightful.

Cons: Beds were too soft for my taste. Breakfast had few healthy options except porridge and reasonable coffee (latter provided all day). Would be much more useful if the kitchen had a gas or electric hob and more and wider variety of cutlery.

I'm definitely staying here again!

Pros: The service at this hotel is outstanding—everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Traveling with my cat, I appreciated the warm reception we received. The location is convenient and safe, with great facilities. The breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Cons: The carpets could use a deeper cleaning to feel fresher, and the Wi-Fi speed could be improved, especially for guests who need to work or stream during their stay. Despite these minor issues, it was a great experience overall!

Pros: Everyone from housekeeping to front desk staff was super nice and courteous, Rebecca at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional at handling my concerns.

Cons: connection with hotel Wifi was on/off

Well established hotel with all you need

Pros: Very nice room with all you need for a comfortable stay. The room had a small living room and a dinning table which you can stow under the desk, Wifi was good. Very clean place, good parking and a small convinient store

Cons: Typical American breakfast with very limited choices. The hotel is located a bit far away so a car is a must.

Pros: Rooms were clean, staff we're really friendly, great location and cookies at the lobby were delicious. :)

Cons: Bed was okay. Mattress was a little too firm for my likening.
