The perfect private beach experience with stunning balcony views.

Pros: I loved my room – it was so beautiful and spacious. I loved the soaking tub with a stunning view of the Haulover inlet – that was my favorite way to relax. The balcony view was fantastic for catching the sunrise and sunset. The complimentary bike ride was my favorite activity besides swimming. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be returning again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pros: O atendimento dos funcionários do estacionamento, foi excelente! O atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante (café) foram muito gentis. O quarto e banheiro são bem espaçosos e a vista muito linda.

Cons: Na arrumação dos quartos, solicitei que não deveria colocar o edredom por baixo do colchão, mais de uma vez, e não fui atendida. As toalhas e os lecnções não foram trocadas diariamente. Sobre o ar condicionado... Péssimo! Ou deixava desligado e passava calor ou sofria com o excesso de vento em cima da cama. Não conseguimos que a estadia tenha sido para prazerosa, devido ao problema do ar.

Cons: En la piscina se terminaban las toallas a diario en pleno horario de sol y un dia cortaron el agua sin avisar y me estaba bañando. Son errores que no pueden suceder en un hotel 5 estrellas tan costoso

Gut für US-Verhältnisse

Pros: Sehr nettes Personal, vor allem die Leute vom Valet-Parking & der Rezeption. Einige vom Frühstück waren leider eher unfreundlich.

Cons: Größter Mangelpunkt war das Frühstück. Wir haben über 10.000$ für eine Woche gezahlt und vom Ritz-Carlton bin ich da besseres gewohnt. Für US-Verhältnisse aber trotzdem überdurchschnittlich. Leider Frühstück nur am Wochenende (ein sehr schwaches) Buffet, ansonsten nur à la carte … und das Bestellen dauert (ungelogen) jedes mal mindestens 30 Minuten + dann nochmal 30 Minuten, bis das Essen kommt.
