Pros: Was a nice surprise, facilities were great location perfect, restaurants attached to the hotel were great.

Great stay and would recommend, as well as stay here again.

Pros: The atmosphere great and having access to Nobu's menu was great. The bar area had a fab atmosphere which was not at all pretentious. It was relaxed and fun. Great facilities and ambience in the hotel. Very helpful front desk staff too. Excellent location. All staff were warm and friendly. Value for money was good.

Cons: In-room dining took around 35 minutes which was long.

Great location - lovely resort facilities - rooms could do with a refresh.

Pros: The location was great - as was the concierge service - Jelena in particular was so lovely and helpful. The beach is also beautiful.

Cons: The rooms need an update - and the balcony was smaller than pictured.

Fantastic Stay at Eden Rock

Pros: Located in mid-beach, on collins Ave, with great bus links to historic art deco district and across the water to downtown, little Havana, Bayside and all Miami has to offer. Bar , longe area is very impressive, with lots of comfortable seating, lots of guests relaxing, coming and going, there is a vibrant chic vibe. Our room was a large double queen, very spacious and clean. The Social Bar was particularly impressive, with great food, service, views, beachfront, and food outstanding. Would highly recommend

Fabulous hotel and location.

Pros: Lovely room with balcony, great view of beach and ocean. We were there for our honeymoon, the staff sent prosecco to the room which was a lovely touch.

Cons: No information provided about what to do, where to go, or the free trolley bus which takes you to south beach and ocean drive where all the shops and restaurants are. Food and drink in hotel was expensive

Wonderful stay at Miami Beach

Pros: Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Pools and outdoor spaces were fabulous, as was the beach. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend

Cons: There was a smell in the lobby bathroom at times that was stinky
