Pros: The property was very very clean. The location was perfect! I would highly recommend this host and property for other large parties.

Cons: I would give this property a five star rating except.. the kitchen is minimally appointed leaving it difficult to cook meals. Basic spices, condiments, oils, measuring utensils, not enough plates for a party of 8, etc…are not available. There are no pillows or blankets on the leather couch. There are no blankets in the bedrooms. There are no Beach towels or chairs available for use. We typically rents homes when on vacation rather than hotels so that more of the comforts of home can be achieved. This property met most of our expectations.
