Pros: Great location Nice and comfortable apartment Was very clean

Cons: Hard to find parking. And in this era you need to pay for every minute fot parking so its not so cheap.. Im not sure it's great place with children.. it can fit very much fot a couple

Pros: Unit was nice, centrally located. Area was nice. Lots to do in a 3 mile radius didn't have a car and didn't need one. Balcony view was nice surprise.

Pros: Like the area, so many nearby restaurants shopping stores and markets.

Cons: Didn't like the point of getting charge only for a simple check in at the lobby and then finding out they were not supposed to charge me at all ,,seems very peculiar, could the lobby personnel be pocketing that money:( ?

Pros: Todo en general, buenas vistas, personal de limpieza muy amables, la limpieza, la comodidad de tener lavadora y secadora además de lo amplio que era el departamento

Cons: Al principio no resultó fácil entrar, hubo mala organización, los porteros del edificio no lo pusieron nada fácil y nos cobraron un dinero que no deberían

Pros: Really great place; centrally located; great amenities. Would definitely return and/or recommend to family and friends visiting Miami who want more of an apartment style place. Walking distance to the Design District and to Midtown. Quick ride over the causeway to Miami Beach. Grocery and pharmacy nearby. A little on the noisy side because it's in the heart of the city, but, it is perfectly manageable.

Pros: Condo is located in an amazing area. Very close to everything. Very clean. The host was extremely helpful. When I arrived the front desk wanted $50 fee, the host was gracious enough to take care of this. Would definitely stay here again.
