Pros: Fab apartment. Spotlessly clean, had everything we needed.

Cons: Bottle of water in the fridge.

Comfortable apartment in convenient area.

Pros: Nice location, handy for walking round the Wynwood Wall area and for taking a taxi to/from the airport or over to South Beach. The apartment was well appointed. The rooms were comfortable. Nice to have the balcony but there’s a lot of traffic noise. There’s a convenient grocery store and pharmacy nearby. Lovely upstairs area to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The host was quick to respond to questions.

Cons: The only downside is checkout is very early and there’s no facility to leave luggage and you’re not allowed to stay and sit in the upstairs area.

Amazing stay in

Pros: The apartment was amazing, spacious, clean and the facilities were fantastic. it was a little further out from the beach and the main areas of Miami, but that is reflected in the price and this apartment was excellent value for money.

A fantastic condo with all amneties and covered parking with a lot of room and a perfect location.

Pros: Very clean rooms, good size, everything you need is there. The amneties are really nice, a gym and a pool. The parking that comes free on top is great!

Cons: A bit noisy maybe the property could give some earplugs but this is really small in comparison to the positives

Pros: Ubicación muy buena, cerca de autopista para Miami Beach y del design District.

Cons: Las cortinas black out no cierran bien y entra sol a la mañana y no podía dormir. Con un antifaz lo hubiera solucionado, pero no tenía.

En veldig fin leilighet.

Pros: Det var en fin leilighet, med gode fasliliteter, særlig bassenget og fellesområdet var veldig fint.

Cons: Det kunne ha vært litt mer utstyr for å holde kjøkkenet rent. For eksempel en vaskeklut og ikke bare tørkepapir. Og en oppvaskbørste. Jeg tror også at vaskemaskinen var ødelagt. Den hørtes ut som den ville eksplodere når sentrifugen startet.

Pros: Unit was above a busy street, so quite a bit of traffic noise. Didn't really bother me as I quickly got used to it, but somebody more sensitive might consider bringing earplugs. Parking spot in garage included with the unit, however some turns are a bit tight, so consider renting a smaller car.

Cons: Nothing so bad that I wouldn't consider staying here again.
