Great place for a group to stay in a central location downtown

Pros: Location was great, the building had nice amenities (pool, outdoor rooftop area, gym, coworking space, coffee shop in lobby), comfortably fit a big group!

Cons: There were a couple of things missing from the apartment which would've been nice (pool towels, a couple more blankets, air mattress pump), but nothing too essential to an otherwise great stay!

Pros: The appartment is gorgeous, looks just like the photos. It is big, very acommodating, the beds are convinient, kitchen fully stocked. The price was more than reasonable for this place, I highly recommend it!

Cons: The only thing that bothered us was the light from the window in the bedrooms - the shades did little to block the light since sunrise each day...

Pros: Het was een prachtige accommodatie met een mooi uitzicht. Vanuit de woonkamer kon je genieten van de zonsondergang. Daarnaast waren er drie ruime slaapkamers en drie nette badkamers.

Cons: Het was alleen jammer dat het balkon niet veel zonlicht ving

From start to finish everything was perfection!

Pros: I can not say enough good things about our stay here! The apartment was beautiful clean comfortable and don’t get me started on the shower! It was amazing strong water pressure rain shower and HOT which is oddly challenging to find! We were greeted warmly in person at the lobby and everything was made so easy through text communication. Our host was so kind and even sent us recommendations and offered to get us on a guest list to the club we wanted to go to. The location was beyond perfect! Within walking distance of many great restaurants clubs and so much more ! We were here for a Cruise and it was so cool to be able to step out onto the balcony and see the cruise ships and mega yachts ! 11 out of ten. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Parking is terrible. 24 hr parking meters, even on Sundays. If you want to park in a garage ($15/day) w/no ins-out

If you choose to stay and book with Ron, you won’t regret it. He is the best out there in Miami. Highly recommend it.

Pros: Excellent location with amazing view of Downtown Miami. It was very convenient to many stores near the bay. Very calm and peaceful. The rooms and beds were amazing. Thank you very much Ron.

Pros: I Love the cleanliness and the condition of all the furniture inside the unit. Everything was above grade. The host was excellent as well.
