Pros: Excellent communication from owner. Lovely spacious apartment. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Safe location with free trolley stop outside the building. Supermarket across the street.

True luxury place in excellent neighborhood. Nicer than downtown or Miami Beach

Pros: Located in Midtown close to Wynwood Walls. Excellent shopping in direct neighborhood. perfect kitchen equipment, even spices and sauces, oil etc. pool on same level. Did not use Gym or barbecue but available for use.

Cons: We were traveling as couple only and chose one of the each spacious bathrooms and sleeping rooms. For using the place conveniently with 2 adult couples there isn‘t enough furniture in the living room (chairs, table, sofa). The checkin procedure at the reception took us almost as long as a car rental.
