Pros: O apartamento é bem localizado, fica em uma região tranquila com várias lojas, supermercados e restaurantes. O prédio tem piscina e estacionamento gratuito. Dá pra acessar o estacionamento direto no prédio. Cama e chuveiros bons. Máquinas de lavar louças e de roupas funcionando perfeitamente. Possui cadeira de praia e guarda-sol.

Cons: Faltaram alguns utensílios, como canecas e abridor de garrafa. Antes de entrar no apartamento precisa fazer check in no prédio e se você estiver de carro, só poderá acessar o prédio após, precisando estacionar temporariamente na rua. A limpeza estava ok, mas precisava melhorar (cortina, carpete, armários da cozinha).
