Lovely Condo Unit

I want to live in this apartment complex!

Pros: The pool is soooo nice with plenty of space for sunbathing😍 it’s a nice chilled vibe on the rooftop, it was never super busy! The gym is fantastic, I love the big windows for natural light. Location is perfect, close to everything you could need, shops, transport, restaurants, 12 mins walk from Wholefoods 🤤. I felt safe in this area also as two solo females. The apartment is spacious & I was obsessed with the view from the large balcony. Kitchen was great to cook from with a dining table also. The double bed was comfy & huge! Forks & hairdryer were missing when we arrived but quickly this was resolved. Washer, dryer & dish washer huge bonus! Lovely big shower & I loved the light in the bathroom mirror for selfies🤭. I could absolutely live here!

Cons: It didn’t feel very clean unfortunately, the floor felt a bit grimey, it could do with more attention to detail, but it didn’t bother us too much. The washing machine or tumble dryer (not sure which) also broke a few of my friends strappy tops (luckily I was fine). The futon bed wasn’t the comfiest in the world (we put a ton of blankets on top to try & help😅), it could definitely do with a comfy sofa bed (there’s certainly room so why not). But it was fine to sleep for one person nonetheless, we took it in turns half the stay for the big bed). It could really do with two key thobs! Luggage storage would give this place a 10!

Pros: We loved our stay. Well equipped, spotless clean, super comfortable bed and amazing city view from the balcony.

Great Location, Clean & Comfortable

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The TV could swivel around so you caould watch in the Lounge & swivel to watch in the Bedroom and was a smart TV so we could access all our platforms. VERY Close to the Waterfront with Restaurants and tour departures.

Cons: Key pick up was a little confusing, just glad there was someone around that I could ask.

Great stay right by the bay!

Pros: Very clean and lovely apartment right next to bayfront park, slight issue with the keyfob but the host sorted it very quickly

AMAZING STAY AT LOVELY CONDO UNIT

Pros: When I saw this listing while looking for an accommodation in Miami, I thought the title ‘Lovely Condo Unit’ sounded dodegy, but upon reading all the positive reviews, I decided to book it anyways. On my day of arrival, there was a minor hiccup where my room wasn’t yet ready when I arrived. But the owner (Two Che) handled it super professionally and even met me at the lobby to apologize and stayed on to chat with me until the room was ready, which didn’t take long at all. She even upgraded me to a room with amazing views of the Miami port, which was totally a surprise and was such a lovely gesture. The unit was beautiful and chic, and Two Che was super lovely and friendly, making sure my stay was as comfortable as it gets. It’s my first visit to Miami, and this was definitely one of the highlights of my trip, to have such a lovely stay at a very Lovely Condo Unit indeed. If you’re visiting Miami, be sure to book this one, you definitely won’t regret it. 🩷

Cons: Nothing. It’s a really cool building right smack in the middle of all the action, restaurants, bars, shops, and the train station is just right next to the building, super convenient and clean.

Pros: Very modern condo. Great washing machine and dryer. Close to metromover.

Fantastic apartment with great facilities

Pros: Easy to check in in/out, owner was really easy to deal with and the location was fantastic. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was great that there was a washer/dryer also
