Experience Miami Modern 2 Bed Near Biscayne Blvd

Great location for downtown.

Pros: Excellent location and could walk to everything with restaurants all around you, communication with owner was also quick and easy.

Cons: Couple of things, the property needs to be re painted as it’s starting to look scruffy and a hole in the wall needs fixing (rental was not cheap so expected little better) There is only 1 key which maybe a problem for some. And unfortunately there was a constant smell of weed on the floor through a neighbouring apartment which if you’re not a smoker is really unpleasant especially when you are with children. For this reason we would not stay here again.

It is the perfect location for anyone wanting to stay in Brickell in terms of location - and it’s a fabulous apartment!

Pros: The property was spotless. It is now exactly like the pictures and even more wow in person!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect. I would add that it does have a pack and play so is perfect for kids too. I would also say that if you’re ordering anything to the premises, wait until you get the unit number to ensure it arrive to the right place.

Pros: Widok!!!! Absolutnie niezapomniany widok na Miami Downtown z 25 piętra. 2 sypialnie z garderobami, 2 łazienki i salon z kuchnią, całość estetyczna i świetnie wyposażona. Doskonała lokalizacja. Idealnie spełnił nasze potrzeby (rodzina 2+2)

Cons: Źle przemyślany temat kluczy, po 1wsze jest tylko 1 co biorąc pod uwagę, że jest niezbędny do windy, było irytujące i zostawianie go przy check out w skrytce z kodem, który nie działał, było dość stresujące, na szczęście obsługa dość szybko zadziałała i mogliśmy się wymeldować.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, las vistas son hermosas, los ventanales que te permiten observar todo desde arriba. Me encantó el departamento.

Cons: Todo estuvo genial.

Muy bien ubicado y hermoso

Pros: Es hermoso, camas cómodas, lencería perfecta, cocina bien equipada, su vista es hermosa, es idéntico a las fotos. La zona social es muy bonita, piscina climatizada.

Cons: Que sólo te dan una llave, esto es muy limitante cuando viajas en grupo, porque para poder disfrutar el alojamiento debes tenerla contigo siempre de lo contrario no puedes abrir ninguna puerta, ni usar el ascensor.

Pros: The location is very strategic, close to shopping and great restaurants, The coffee place in the lobby of the building serves great coffee and great breakfast

Pros: The property was beautiful, My children loved it! Beautiful view and comfortable furniture. The host was very attentive and checking was super easy. There is a in and out parking garage down the street and McDonald’s right at the corner not even a 2 min walk!
