Comodidad y tranquilidad.

Pros: Muy cómodo, limpio, buena comunicación con el host, y excelente ubicación.

Cons: Los elevadores estaban en mal funcionamiento y tenían remodelaciones en el área de lobby, largas filas para subir y era un poco tediosa la espera pero por lo demás en el apartamento todo excelente.

Pros: The Details and color choices of furniture and appliances caught my eyes firstly, the host was very attentive and it definitely felt welcoming, it’s close to everything we had planned so we walked to most places definitely a place I’ll recommend

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta. Silencioso, limpio y cómodo .

Cons: Al momento de llegar 25 minutos esperando autorización de ingreso. El Valet parking cuesta 50 dólares diarios y en la página dice 30 dólares diarios.

Pros: NOs encanto el lugar, el departamento muy limpio, moderno el living cocina y habitacion, nos habian dejado varios juegos de toallones y productos de limpieza. Los amenities son muy buenos y estan muy cuidados, sin duda volveremos!

Cons: El baño podria estar modernizado, y con mas luz. La cama, podria ser mas grande, asi seria INCREIBLE.

Great property and I will be back again.

Pros: I’ve stayed at Icon Brickell a few times already, location, pool and spa is great. The apartment was also very pleasant, clean and roomy. Great style of furniture in the unit.

Pros: We were enchanted with the view and the location of what floor the apartment was on! The location in the city was everything! The view from the balcony had us in awe everytime we stepped outside. The full kitchen and washer/dryer was a plus as well. Ben was so kind to let us know that he was open to us staying another day in his apartment. We accepted his offer right away! We will definitely be staying there again!!!

Cons: The tub was a little moldy, and as to whether the spare sheets in the closet were clean, was somewhat ambiguous.
