Lovely Stay - Recommend it

Pros: The place has a great space, nice facilities. Would definetely recommend and would come back!

Cons: The shower space has no door, so everytime someone would shower, the bathroom get entire wet. There was some dust in the lamps and on the floors.

Will book again

Pros: Simple, clean and lovely, owner was easy to contact, close to grocery store

Cons: Shower location allows water to flow outside

Nice apartment

Pros: The apartment is really nice and was spotless clean. All services worked perfectly fine (airconditioning, microwave, TV, WIFI, etc). The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants, pharmacies and stores nearby.

Cons: The shower that doesn´t have a way to prevent the water from getting into the rest of the bathroom.

Amazing stay thanks to these apartments. Close to city, Amazing host & amenities are top notch!

Pros: Honestly this apartment building is amazing! We had a really bad experience with another property in Miami, and was looking around frantically to find somewhere to stay. We then found this absolute gem. Don't listen to other reviews, people are so picky about the littlest thing nowadays. This apartment is a great place to put your head down in a very safe and comfortable apartment. The host is so attentive, if you have any issues she always answers near enough immediately. I can honestly say that this is such a beautiful apartment with everything that you need for a more than comfortable stay. We stayed for 5 nights in this apartment. Honestly, don't worry about it get it booked you won't regret it. You will obviously need means of transport to get around the city, but that is like anywhere you go.

Cons: Everything was perfect and there honestly wasn't anything that I can think of or say. This apartment is comfortable and has everything that you need. There is also air con is all three rooms. Host is legit amazing!

Pros: The kitchen has high quality appliances. The the house is well decorated. The beds are comfortable. Nice garden. Good shower.

Cons: all 3 beds are queen size, I was hoping for at least a king size one. Shades do not completely obscure the rooms. The neighborhood does not offer much, it is OK as long as you are just using the apartment to sleep.

Pros: Liked absolutely everything. What stunning accommodation and garden space. It was immaculate when we arrived, and Kimberly and her husband Scott couldn't have been any more helpful. They even supplied us with coals and lighter fluid for a BBQ. The location was great too with some nice restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this property.

Pros: Host was very responsive and helpful. place if Nice, a lot of lights outside including Purple one. place has smart tv, WiFi and other needed things to stay.

Great location and great time.

Pros: We liked many things. The instructions were very clear to find the place. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The landlord, Kimberly was very nice to us and replied to all questions we had very quickly. Despite reading some negative comments about the location, we felt it was good with a lot of nice restaurants and bars accessible by foot.

Cons: We found everything good except maybe the size of the apartment that seems smaller than 69 sqm (it’s probably more around 55 sqm). The pan of the kitchen could also be changed but it’s a detail. Generally, it was very good.

Pros: Apartamento muito bem equipado e agradável. Roupas de cama de boa qualidade e limpas. Atendimento atencioso e duas vagas de carro. Sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa.

Cons: O entorno não é muito bonito, mas não tivemos problema algum. Cômodos um pouco apertados para hospedar mais pessoas (fomos em 6) e apenas um banheiro.

I really enjoyed my stay. Quiet,comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and cozy. I loved the lighting and the fact there were full body mirrors.

Cons: There was not enough parking space to accommodate the renters.
