Comfortable apartment close to Miami

Pros: Great location close to Miami. Plenty of parking spaces and a very comfortable room with a adequate kitchen.

Cons: Noisy neighbors. Pool instead of the fountain would be a better addition.

Very good location at El Portal

Pros: The property was in a very quiet location, it was in a very nice neighborhood, within 20 minutes of every place I needed to go. I will definitely rent again here!

Cons: The cleanliness of the kitchen could be a little bit better.

My stay at the Cottage

Pros: Price to quality relationship. Cozy, homey feeling. The cottage is equipped with everything you may need. Very calm and pretty neighborhood. Great contact and responsiveness from proprietor. Superb wi-fi with zero issues.

Cons: Some cleanliness issues, the cottage seemed to be cleaned only at surface levels, needed some deep cleaning in corner areas and around furniture. Luckily the proprietor and housekeeping responded to my request quickly and cleaned it up very nicely!

Hidden gem, recommended.

Pros: Nice and safe neighbourhood, easy parking. Lovely furnished cottages with laundry (bring coins and detergent with you) in the backyard. Good equipped kitchen (coffee maker with filters, mixer, toaster, huge fridge and cooking utensils). Smooth check-in and checkout with clear instructions. Mike is a very kind and responsive host.

Cons: Kitchen utensils (toaster, pan) should get a deep cleaning.

I lke staying here because it is safe, the apartment is clean, bad odor smell free and quiet.

Pros: There is no smoking inside the apartment which is a great accomodation for people with allergies. That is priceless. It is very safe and quite in the yard and surrounding. I go for a walk every evening. Mike is very responsive and nice on the phone. Communication with him is stress free. I am able to cook for myself because I am experiencing allergies at the moment. The kitchen have eventhing a home need.

Cons: All of the pans/pots in my apartment are old. All scratched and the coated aluminum in the pans are peeling off which was a concern for me to cook in. Mike need to make sure all the pans/pots are up to date and safe for people with allergies to use it. The AC in my room is very loud even when I turned it on low. I found myself hard to fall asleep.

Enjoyed a nice relaxing time at the cottage

Pros: The cottage was in a nice quiet residential area. It had all amenities including oven in the kitchen and all cooking utensils.

Nice and clean cottage

Pros: Clean and nice cottage. Everything you need is in there. Shared beds and chairs to relax in the sun or shades.

Cons: Miami is a big and busy city, driving to some spots can take time due to traffic.
