Place and location was amazing. Host was terrible.

Pros: Owner did not coordinate properly . Requested extra fee 50 usd for arriving after 830pm. I Declined the option. At the end, a code was not provided to be handed the keys upon meeting the host. Had to message after arrived to obtain code and delayed the process. Add to the fact that the keys that were handed were not the KEYS of the place but from a different apartment. Apartment was unlocked and stayed unlocked during the whole stay. Notified the host. never responded or solved the problem of the wrong keys.

Cons: Left my one of my phones in the apartment and never recovered. Host did not even offer to look for the phone.
