Brickell Apartments with Oceanview

Would highly recommend

Pros: Great communication from the host. Apartment had everything we needed. Great location. Plenty of places to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner within walking distance and public transport options. Great security at building, key fob needed to use lift and gain entrance to pool area. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: No reception facilities. We needed to print extra luggage tags or have the 1 we had photocopied and their was no facilities to do either at reception. mentioning it in case someone else might be in the same position. Strong smell of weed when sitting on balcony and around pool area but there was a strong smell of weed around Miami in general. Neither of these comments are a negative on the host.

Pros: The location was right in the Financial district of Miami. And it has nice ocean view.

Cons: The location of the keys were communicated to us ahead of the time. The building front desk people told us that try to just go in the room and see if the keys are there. And they were right, the unit wasn't locked.

Pros: We were unfortunate to arrive a day late due to a cancelled flight with the global IT outage, stuck in the airport for a day, followed by a 10 hour flight. Fortunately, the owner was great with the communication and once we arrived very tired, the apartment brought a big smile on our faces. Will be back for sure!!!

Everything we hoped for.

Pros: Clean, quiet, well-equipped and great value for money. Had 3 rooms, and could Park our motorcycles right outside the rooms.. Pool was good, and refreshing after a day's riding.

Cons: No was to buy food or soft drinks on site.

Pros: La vista desde el balcon hacia la Bahia en la mañana y hacia los edificios en la noche.

Pros: Bliskość wszystkiego co było mi potrzebne. Metro, bezpłatny autobus , sklepy. Piękny widok na ciągle żyjące Miami.

Cons: Można by było zrobić coś z zapachem który się w nim unosi zwłaszcza przy wchodzeniu do apartamentu.

We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Great host.

Pros: The apartment was really nice and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of towels. The balcony view was exceptional. The pools and Jacuzzi were really wonderful too. Free parking was a plus.

Godetevi la vista spettacolare

Pros: Vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, ottima posizione, ottimi servizi (piscine, palestra, sala giochi, parcheggio interno). Appartamento spazioso e accogliente, stanze spaziose. Dotato anche di asciugamani per le piscine, oltre a quelli da bagno.

Cons: Il divano è molto sporco, assolutamente da lavare. Ci vorrebbero delle tende in soggiorno e delle tende oscuranti nelle camere. I letti sono queen size, uno dei letti particolarmente piccolo per due adulti.

MAGNIFIQUE APPARTEMENT

Pros: Super appartement, dans un magnifique quartier résidentiel. Notre appartement se trouvait au 29 ème étage avec une vue fantastique sur la mer !!! 3 Chambres spacieuses, 2 belles salles de bain, un grand salon, séjour et cuisine. Très grand balcon afin de profiter au maximum de la vue !!!! La piscine se trouve au 14 ème étage, avec un très bel aménagement. En résumé, calme et confortable. Magnifique !!!!

Cons: Rien à redire. Tout a été parfait !!!
