Cozy and Bohemian Studio in Brickell

Pros: Great hotel in an excellent location! We stayed on a high floor with an amazing sea view, which really made the experience special. The service at the hotel was excellent, and we enjoyed all the amenities – including the pool, gym, game room, and convenient parking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and a great atmosphere.

Cons: The initial price of the apartment seemed very low and attractive, which caught my attention. However, after all the added fees – including city tax, building fees, and cleaning – the final price became quite high. In my opinion, it ended up costing more than it was actually worth. To be honest, I booked this place mainly because of the initial price I saw, but once you see the full amount, it just doesn’t feel like a good value.

Pros: It was fuss free, great location and access. The gym was great.

Cons: It was not very modern and there was nothing basic there like coffee, sugar, etc.

Decent place, Good contact from the owners

Pros: Lovely unit with all you need for a good stay. Very clean and comfortable. Two large pools available, close proximity to stores and great location for tourist things to do. Great to see a kettle provided so Brits ----- bring your teabags with you. Parking provided and that's a big issue in the area so great that you do get a spot.

Cons: Your arrival is the hands of the reception team at the condo building and they are not particularly welcoming. Fortunately, I think the owner knows this and counters it by providing you with constant updates prior to your arrival, which is helpful. You could go even further (perhaps) and create a video of what to do on arrival so it takes away the negative impact of the staff's indifferent attitude.

Great stay

Pros: Great location, great price, apartament was clean and had everything we needed for a week. We had full privacy.

Cons: Its rare but i have no complains. 10/10 will visit again

Pros: Da localização e quarto completo, o hoste respondia muito rápido!

Cons: O chão estava bem sujo, as camas afundavam no meio. Creio que esteja na hora de trocar os colchões. A banheira é a pia estava suja.

Pros: El departamento en sí, muy lindo , cómodo , completo y bien ubicado.

Cons: Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la autorización inicial para entrar que , estando muy cansados no nos dejaban pasar pese a haber pagado la totalidad de la estadía. Por un tema de un depósito que no sabíamos . El recepcionista no ayudó demasiado.

Excelente servicio

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, además el host fue muy amable, respondía bastante rápido.

Cons: Las instalaciones eran un poco antiguas

Pros: Localização boa, quarto limpo e exatamente igual a descrição. Prédio gigantesco, mas com piscina boa e boa estrutura. Perto de tudo.

Pros: Boa localização , apartamento confortável e bem espaçoso . Só precisava trocar a cortina do banheiro , está bem suja e mofada !
