Spectacular apartment in Heart of Brickell

Pros: The apartment is a great size. For sure, this apartment is for long stays too. There is everything that you need. Today is our last day and we are very sorry to leave. There is a massive pool, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to try it. What is a great bonus is the parking and WiFi. I definitely recommend it! Also, the communication with the owner was on the top. Thank you! 😊

Pros: The location in the financial district was excellent.

Cons: The ad said the apartment was on Level 25 - when we got to the property we found out it was Level 21 - whilst not a big deal about the 4 floor difference the ad should have stated the correct floor. There was no coffee provided despite the apartment having a coffee machine. Also there was minimal toilet paper and washing machine tablets provided upon arrival. Although the host came to provide these two items when requested there should have been a greater supply provided upon arrival

Pros: La location de cet appartement est PARFAITE, à pied de tout et dans un quartier idéal. L'appartement était super grand, le balcon était énorme! La cuisine était bien équipée, vraiment c'était parfait. Les piscines et la terrasse sont incroyable! On passait nos journées au soleil et la vue était superbe.

Pros: La ubicación muy buena y las comodidades en área interna y externa muy bien, camas muy cómodas, hermosa vista y los espacios apropiados con todo lo necesario.

Cons: Poca iluminación artificial en los ambientes

Apartamento amplo e muito bem localizado.

Pros: A localização do apartamento é incrível. O condomínio tb é bem organizado e seguro. O apartamento é muito amplo. 2 camas de casal muito confortáveis, roupas de cama brancas. Chuveiro muito bom tb. A cozinha é bem equipada. Dá pra fazer um básico como café da manhã, com bastante conforto.

Cons: Os móveis e utensílios já estão bem usados. É um apartamento excelente q precisa de uma renovação. A garagem do prédio é bem desafiadora. São 20 andares até chegar na vaga. E com rampas bem estreitas.

Acogedor y bien ubicado

Pros: El departamento es muy bonito y acogedor, cuenta con todo lo necesario, la ubicación es buena, el servicio en general me pareció bien.

Cons: No pudimos utilizar la alberca por el clima, ya que aparentemente era muy peligroso según nos dijeron, así que nos quedamos con las ganas. Tampoco pudimos jugar billar porque en el lugar no contaban con los tacos para poder hacerlo.

Pros: The property was very clean,location was really convenient, I didn't need to use my car everything was near. The most important is that the host was really helpful and responding all the time. I highly recommend this great apartment.

Cons: The parking was in floor 20 it was not practical to spend 20min twice a day, but the the valet guys were really helpful.

Excelente opción para alojarse en la mejor zona de Miami

Pros: Es un apartamento en el Condominio The Club at Brickell Bay. Piso 21 (no 25). La ubicación no es buena, es espectacular . Con vista a la bahía. Llegas a recepción, das tu nombre, y después hay que tomar el ascensor. Las llaves el anfitrión las deja en la mesa, dentro del apartamento (si, estaba abierto). El anfitrión super disponible y amable. reportamos que la puerta del closet estaba por caerse y de inmediato lo repararon. Cuenta con cocina, balconaje, con utensilios de cocina. No hay TV, sino apps para ver películas o series. Super seguro los alrededores, hay un 7Eleven sobre la cuadra y esta a metros de la estación del metromover, opción gratis para moverse en Downtown, ademas del centro comercial Brickell Center. Sin duda volveriamos.

Cons: No entendi lo de los $200 (desglosado en el precio de la reserva) por limpieza. De los 5 días, ninguno hubo limpieza. Hay que dejar por aparte $140 de deposito que después devuelven. Cambiaria las cortinas. No cubren por completo las ventanas.
