Downtown Miami Luxury Condo apartment

Great stay and amazing position

Pros: The facility is great, right next to Biscayne park in a great area. You have common lounges, pool, work areas, gym and a bar on the first floor. Self check-in and check-out work great. Owners have been amazing in managing our luggage storage request (we arrived way before check in and they let us leave luggage as soon as the previous occupants checked out). The apartment is spacious enough.

Pros: Amazing property with amazing views. Great location and spacious for the whole family. Would definitely book to stay here again when visiting Miami. It is right next to the metro and close to attractions in Downtown Miami. We also used the pool which was great.

Pros: The location is great being so close to Bayside and the Cruise terminal

Cons: Clear explanation of how to leave your luggage at the apartment block during the time after checkout and before you actually want to take your luggage for example onto the cruise ship or airport check-in

The property description is misleading, and the communication with the owner is poor.

Pros: The location is very well positioned, just 2 minutes from Bay Side, the apartment is very spacious and has a superb view.

Cons: The fact that the description states there is a luggage storage room, while in reality there is no such facility—this being precisely the reason why we chose this property—and the communication with the owner leaves much to be desired, as they respond very late and show total lack of interest.

Pros: Loved this apartment, was clean spacious and had great views. Swimming pool area was good, lots to do there! Perfect way to end our holiday before a long flight.

Séjour en famille

Pros: L'emplacement est juste exceptionnel à côté de bayside et de kesaya center. La vue de l'appartement est juste magnifique. La literie est très confortable. La piscine en rooftop avec des jeux extérieurs et suffisamment de transat pour tous le monde. Notre hôte est joignable et cela est un vrai plus.
