Spectacular views from the 40th floor, especially at night!!

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location and excellent communication with the host.

Cons: We were a bit afraid of the lifts to the 40th level, but there were no problem.

Pros: Perfect location, parking place on the 8th floor but it wasn't a problem al all. Amazing city view. Close to shops (7eleven just around the corner) and restaurants.

Pros: Excellent location, amazing views for a full immersive Miami experience. The apartment was very clean. Very convenient for a family with 2 kids.

Cons: It takes a long way to reach the parking place, it's located in the 8th floor!

Beautiful spacious clean and comfortabel, with amazing view and location

Pros: Beautyful and fully equipped appartement with amazing view, lovely balcony, pool and gym. Located in the center of lively Brickell, which gives easy access to every corner of the city. Makes you feel at home, like a local.

Nice stay, only poorly designed parking garage

Pros: The location. We were in Brickell, next to our destination there were many shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was stupendous. It was comfortable.

Cons: The parking garage. It was difficult to drive up and down with the guard walls and curbs. Kept on bumping them. It wasn't just me but even the residents. Also, the parking space was on the odd numbers, which means we had to climb some stairs to get to the elevator for the apartment.

Great location and view in Brickell, ideal for a short stay in Miami.

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the heart of Brickell, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and key areas. The apartment offers a beautiful high-floor view, is comfortable, and the free parking was a great bonus during our stay.

Cons: Some minor details could be improved, such as small maintenance aspects and providing two tokens since two keys are given. Nothing major, but these are areas that could be enhanced to improve the overall guest experience.

Pros: The location to City Centre and restaurants was amazing. Great pool deck and having a parking space was very handy. Also the host was very responsive 😀

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows.
