Pros: I was really concerned after reading the bad reviews. But it went over the expectations! The room we got was exactly the one on the picture. BEAUTFUL VIEW over the ocean. Really clean and no cockroaches as people was saying. Hotel and rooms was old yes but it just brings charm to the place in our opinion. We were only staying 4 nights and went a day to the keys. Which was great as we got sun chairs and an umbrella with the rooms. Anyhow didn’t get to use the pool but we were at the pool area and it was BEAUTIFUL, and pool was heated. Loved that it was literally on the beach too! Night walks there was amazing and the beach is very quiet

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Everything was great!! Only annoying thing was that you hear everything throught the walls and the neighbor was being really noisy until 4-5am and we were flying next morning. I told the reception and they came and knocked on their door many many times and they didn’t open the door. Prob because they couldn’t hear it as music was so loud. I then started knocking on the wall every time one song was finished, after a long time they stopped the music. Anyway that is not the hotels fault and I don’t blame the owner at all. Just simply a non respectful guest. I also recommend if the hotel changed the lobby lights to yellow tho as the white ones ruin a bit of the atmosphere. But this is just details and not a big deal So overall we would stay here again. you get what u pay and more booking this place 😃

Overall the stay at the location was good, we hung out at the restaurant downstairs and the beach.

Pros: The room is a good value for the money, once you get through the check in process. I also like that the location is right on the beach which was great.

Cons: I didn't like the dated room, the beds were pretty much slept out. The room didn't seem as clean as it could be, their was a few roaches running around. I think if the walls were stripped and repainted that would be a good start in addition to replacing beds.

I have no regret at all. It was appropriate for me and my children.

Pros: The location is perfect. As for breakfast, it wasn't inclusive so I wouldn't know about that.

Cons: I would have loved the housekeepers to have come up to clean the rooms within the three days period we stayed.

Pros: Great location at the beach. Nice view from the room. Really good communication and reaction on requests by the host!

Cons: No ventilation in bathroom which makes it hard to get the moisture out.

Pros: I thought it was a great location and a nice clean facility with great friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would come back here next time I come to Miami. The restaurant had great breakfast and dinner and there was an amazing coffee stand to get a cappuccino early in the morning outside the restaurant. Thanks

Pros: We absolutely loved this property! The pool was amazing and one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location was perfect with very easy access to the beach, which made it great for relaxing and enjoying the area. There were also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so we always had good options for meals. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time here.
