Pros: Amazing ocean views and the beach is very good. The valet parking is actually very efficient.

Stunning views, fabulous location, a little tlc needed.

Pros: Stunning unbroken ocean and beach view. Very clean and functional. Quick and easy checkin. Convenient location for local trolley and bus routes. Towels, washing liquid, shampoo and conditioner, bedding, and toilet paper supplied. Hairdryer and iron available in the apartment. Apartment includes kitchen with fridge and microwave. Fantastic communication from host who answered my questions very quickly.

Cons: Apartment could do with a little TLC. Plate missing off one of the sockets. Standing lamp not working. Safe not working. Plug in bathroom sink kept sticking down. Coat hangers too high up to reach. Fridge could be noisy at times. This didn't take away anything from the positives. I do recommend the property - especially for the view and cleanliness.

Pros: Alles war top! Die Lage und Aussicht ist der Hammer!

Cons: Wc und Küche waren nicht gründlich gereinigt und zum Teil sehr abgenutzt.

Cons: Solo funcionaban dos ascensores, entre 10 AM y 12, era imposible bajar pro ascensor, tuve que bajar 12 pisos por escalera.

Pros: The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, there was a nice pool with plenty of sun beds and it was on the beach. Not really any restaurants in the vicinity except the one in the hotel but there is a free regular trolley bus down to South Beach that stops outside.

Cons: The valet parking guys were quite rude when we arrived and didn't understand the system. The reception staff were also pretty disinterested and unwelcoming
