New Point Miami Beach Apartments

Pros: The location is great! The view from the window is wonderful!

Cons: Lots of seaweed on the beach. The hotel is a bit old, but the price is right. Long queues at the reception when checking in. Didn't like that they take the keys from the car and park it themselves.

Pros: The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious

Cons: Outlets were loose, so the charger wouldn’t stay plugged in properly. Also, the electric cooktop wasn’t there, even though it was listed as available when I booked.

Good location and price

Pros: The apartment was nice, with good view from the bay. It has a good location and nice facilities, close to the beach and with a nice pool

Cons: We had to wait to use the elevators, the apartment is nice but the A/C in the room s very noisy.

Pros: Perfect. Spacious apartment with double bed, pull-out couch, kitchenette and bathroom. Very nice apartment building with free parking and relatively easy check-in after office hours. Direct access to the beach and free public transport to South Beach.

Mid-beach Miami beach

Pros: The room is amazing, spacious with dining table and kitchen, and wooden floor with no carpets. There are buses to Ocean Drive and Down town

Cons: The building have 15 floors, if your room is below 7th floor you don't see the beach on ocea side or you have traffic noise on the other side, i recommend upper floors. Windows don't open, so the air-conditioning is running all the time

Overall a great stay.

Pros: The room was very spacious. The patio was huge and the view of the beach was spectacular. Sunrise and sunset were awesome.

Cons: The washer had a short circuit and the fridge was not in good shape. Missing some drawers and the light bulb was broken with the wires exposed.

Pros: The hotel is on the beach, 15 min by car until South Beach. It is modern and clean.

Excellent option if you want a quiet place close to the beach.

Pros: The view was amazing. The building has direct access to the beach so you can walk there. Is an apartment but it has utensils that you can use to cook light meals. Also, in the building there are stores where you can buy groceries. The neighbourhood is really calm, but you can find places to eat around 2-5 min in car. Definitively will come back there when I go to Miami.

Cons: Some parts from the building felt old but that didn't stop me from enjoying the eperience. Definitively will come back. Oh, also it was a shame that the pool was closed because remodeling, but I think I read it was going to be reopen from October 2023.

Pros: Beach access. Clean rooms. Amazing views. Great price. Free valet parking!

Cons: Pool and hot tub closed (under construction). Noisy guests. Guests smoking on balconies.
